PASSION COCO - Sudor Y Arena vinyle rouge

Hi Alexandros, I’m really sorry to hear that your record arrived damaged, this is obviously not the experience we want for anyone.

We do our best to package records securely, but unfortunately bubble wrap alone does not always prevent damage caused by strong impacts during international transport, especially over long distances.

That said, your feedback is taken seriously and I will definitely look into improving our packaging (including changing the type of cardboard used) to better protect records in the future.

As an apology, I’ll send you a discount code for a future order.

Thanks for letting us know, and again, sorry for the inconvenience.
